Services
We provide credit report monitoring and, bundled with an active monitoring subscription, credit repair and dispute services. Specific service terms are set out in the written service agreement executed at signup.
No guarantees
Under federal law, no credit repair company can guarantee a specific score change or that any specific item will be removed. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or non-compliant items on your credit report.
Fees
We do not charge upfront fees for credit repair. Monitoring subscription fees are billed monthly and are disclosed at signup. You may cancel at any time.
Right to cancel
You have a three-day right to cancel any service agreement, as required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of the site or services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
