FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Everything people actually ask us before signing up.

How does the $1 trial work?

You start with a 7-day trial of the three-bureau credit monitoring service for $1, charged to any credit or debit card. After the 7 days, the subscription automatically converts to $49.95/month on the same card. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Is credit repair really free with credit monitoring?

Yes. We're an affiliate partner of the credit monitoring service — the affiliate pays us when you subscribe, so we can offer our full credit repair service at no additional cost to you. You pay $1 to start the monitoring trial and $49.95/month after. The dispute and repair work is included.

How long does credit repair take?

Most clients see meaningful movement in the first 30–90 days. A full cycle typically runs 3–6 months depending on how many items we're disputing and how the bureaus and furnishers respond.

Is what you do legal?

100%. Every dispute we draft is grounded in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Metro 2 reporting standards. We follow the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) — no upfront fees for repair work, written contract, and a three-day right to cancel.

Can you guarantee a specific score increase?

No ethical credit repair company can promise a specific number, and federal law prohibits it. What we can promise: accurate, aggressive, compliant disputes on every questionable item, and a real human consultant guiding your file from start to finish.

Do I have to live in Kansas City?

We're proudly headquartered in Kansas City and serve the entire metro — Missouri and Kansas sides — but we can work with clients anywhere in the U.S.

What kinds of items can you dispute?

Late payments, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, bankruptcies, foreclosures, inquiries, identity-theft items, and inaccurate personal information — anything on your report that is inaccurate, unverifiable, or reported in a way that violates federal standards.

What does the monitoring service actually include?

Three-bureau credit report and score access, real-time alerts on new inquiries and account changes, identity-theft monitoring, and a dashboard where you can see disputes in progress.

Do you work with mortgage lenders?

Regularly. Many clients come to us weeks before closing needing rapid, targeted disputes to hit a qualifying score. We know what lenders want to see.

Ready to fix what's on your credit report?

Free audit, no upfront fees for repair, and a real human in your corner. Credit repair is included free with your monitoring subscription.
